I'm working on wind generator. I just finished modeling and couldn't resist not to render simple animation:) I need to do some texture work to finish it. Hope you like it.

P.S. Watch in HD! :)

very nice ;) what's the rendertime per frame ?
can you compress me an FLV file for our new animation gallery ?

Hi , very nice, but the DOF is totally wrong, considering the size of that structures, it make them look like a miniature versions, more like a toys..
And did you skip frames, movement it's somehow hackly or there is no motion blur..

Hi guys:)

Tnx for your comments.

@radiance

Render times were 4.5 minutes for 1920x1080 and 512 samples on gf8800. I'll make flv and upolad it later today.

@andrian

I rendered one cycle of 100 frames at 30fps then multiplied it 3 times to get 10 sec. video. There is no motion blur. Maybe something went wrong at compression time which caused jerky movement where one cycle ends and next begins. I'll check it out and post update in flv format later today.

I just liked the look of the shot with strong DoF effect and decided to go with it for price of being unrealistic:) Might call on artistic freedom also:) heheh

Here's flv version without jerkiness between cycles.

Hmm the lack of object motion blur is ruin the animation and causing the jerkiness, witch is still there.....

Well, I'll do it again once when object MB is supported in octane or gonna make slight camera movement over the blades and turn on camera MB . I tried to do a vector pass but cameras from max and octane didn't matched for some reason( I probably messed something up:) )
