Rocky Mountains

I made these mountains to be a backdrop for another project I'm currently working on, but decided to render them out in their own image.

All modelling and texturing was done within Blender. The only thing that would bother me are the squiggly lines in the snow along the bottom. They were supposed to be ridges (from the displacement) but didn't quite come out properly. It doesn't matter though, because they won't be visible in the image these mountains are made for.

Try to use some fog, with the z-depth & composite it.
It'll remove the feeling of a toy mountain. :P

Ahh I tried to, but The Z-depth wasn't working for some reason. No matter what values I changed, it remained completely black and white. I could have rendered one out in Blender like I've done in the past, but it was 4am and I was going away for a week the next morning (an hour from now) and just wanted to have something presentable, so I took the position ID channel and grey scaled it, then used that for my fog. :P I'm afraid it's the best I could do with the time I had. I'll probably fix it up when I get back in a week.
