maybe you should have put little more accuracy with the modelling of the blanket and some pillow too, they look too much "rigid".

...I really love the brick wall.

Yes paolo, that kind of stuff is not modeled, but calculated through a cloth simulation. I need to learn more how to properly calculate a soft body, I can make it look good with clothes, but not with closed soft bodies, such as pillows and stuff... Still learning :P

Do you use post effects and color correction, gamma etc. from inside octane? If yes, in what way?

I dont use post production from octane, its always Photoshop, it gives me more fluid and extended control over the image.

Always using adjustments layer, so I can tweak it if needed without destroying the image.

Ok, so after some research I finally found how to make a nice pillow deformation. Here is the result: same scene with better deformation and mapping:
