Hello

I have a problem to import a mesh (plane) with coordinate of texture in octane, so that i 'll can put on mat sss.

I check uv's in import OBJ, but it doesn't work.

I don't think you can use sss on a plane since there is no depth for it to scatter through. Try a thin cube

Thanks Kavorka

Same thing with a cube.

I don't understand because with a plane export from max in check just coordinate UV, it works!

It's same with or with out plug gin for octane on blender.

It could be come from of export .obj?
With max when i export, only one folder is generate, but with blender two, one .obj and .mtl.
My export would be wrong with blender is there an another solution?

make sure the scale of your plane is correct and make sure it is exporting in the correct units (I use feet).
if it has a unit of mm for export, everything will be skewed.

Usually, i use meter.
I try in feet as you, but after always a curious result, not good!

These my adjustments:

It's ok.

Before exporting a mesh, i put on mesh an "unwrap" by menu "UV/image editor.

ahhh, ya. Things get weird in Octane when you don't unwrap your mesh. I noticed that even when adding a solid color to my mesh, the shading normals can get messed up when my mesh isnt unwrapped.
