New licensed customer area - please update your profile

Hi all,

We've been developing a database to keep track of the large amounts of customers we now have,
and we're deploying a small part of it now, so people can log in and update they're details.

Currently the only thing it does is allow you to edit your profile, containing your details.
Eg name, adres, contact details etc...

This is very important so we can, next week tuesday, can open the additional functionality on the customer area and allow everyone to view purchases and licenses, print invoices, and soon after that, deploy the 3rd part which will be automatic online license activation.

I'd like to ask our licensed customer forum users to log in (there's a new customer area log in on our front page),
using your forum username and password, and make sure you're details of your profile are ok.

You might have to change a few things, and also, all non latin language characters/alphabets must be latin. (eg don't use any chinese, japanese, korean, greek, russian etc alphabets, but only latin alphabet characters (eg like english)

If there are problems, don't post in the forums, as these are personal things, but just send a mail to [email protected] and we'll help you out.
Tomorrow i will also make a mailing to all our customers to ask them to update there details via a mailing to all customers, if things go ok.

Once this is done, on monday we will open the license listing and invoice printing areas of this new customer area.

So, please log in with your forum username/password and update your profile, using the details you'd like to have on the invoice, and monday you'll all be able to print out your invoices.
Note that the details entered in your profile will be used for the invoice, and once we've made the invoices you won't be able to easily update the details anymore (without contacting us), so you must update them now, before we create them all on monday.

Thanks for your time and patience, it's been very hectic for us, but we're nearly done with the new system.

Yours,
Radiance

And I keep getting "Please enter your account information using latin alphabet characters only" when absolutely all the characters used are already using Latin alphabet...

@LeoCortes: That message is just informational, it doesn't mean there's an error in your records

@Daniel79: http://www.refractivesoftware.com/account/ - use your forum username & password to login

A message stating all went well and the info was recieved after pressing Submit would be nice. Currently it looks as if something went wrong.
