I think I am getting slower than expected benchmarks with my new xpander box with 2x gtx 480's.


2x GTX 480's in Xpander 12.95 megasamples/sec GTX 285 5.01 megasamples/sec GTX 285 + 2x GTX 480's in Xpander 11.20 megasamples/sec I was thinking 2 gtx 480's would be alot faster.
Also when I add the 285 with the 480's it is actually slower than just the two 480's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you're probably so fast you're near your tonemapping limit.
switch to pathtracing (that scene is directlighting by default)
