What can I adjust better for a nicer result?
Pathtracer with environment lightnigt.
Because the window is to small I give the top of the room a very little bit of emission.

Some models and textures I must make new.
The cloth in the front, left is awful...

haha funny image!- you need to PMC this render for a long time with 16 bounces - probably need at least 12000 samples.

Try to use sky portal geometry inside the window. See http://refractivesoftware.com/forum/vie ... =21&t=7210 for how portals work.

The basic steps are:
• You first have to remove any glass modeled in the window.
• Then you have to cover the openings in the window with sky portals. These are single-sided polygons with the normals pointing inwards. Putting a separate quad in every slit in the window will give the lowest noise, but just covering the window with one quad will still work better than not using any portals.
• The portal geometry should have a separate material ID. You have to assign the portal material to this material ID in Octane.
