Please enable Verbose mode in octane settings and post here the mayaRenderLog.txt after trying to batch render.

OctaneRender for Maya plugin needs its own activation (it is on page 7 of plugin manual). Please, activate the plugin in this Octane settings tab, and you will be able to render.
You can find the ID and password for plugin activation in your user area at Octane web site.

What Octane messages you see in the script editor right after Octane plugin is loaded into Maya? Post the content of SE here please.

Hi,
First Post - well done to all on a great product .

I am getting the exact same issue when batch rendering ...

This is the renderlog output:
I only have one licence and all works fine in Render View.

Your plugin license was activated on another machine, so you need to deactivate it first, and then activate the plugin on this machine. You should login to the user area on the OctaneRender site, and deactivate the registration on another machine. Then you can activate it on current machine...

Hi,

The strange thing is I haven't even installed this on any other machine !
I will try this, but as I have said its all working fine in Maya and it certainly doesn't exist anywhere else.

Thanks

I have tried the deactivation and reactivation - no luck
and as I said before, this hasn't even been installed elsewhere !

Thanks
