then the white balance is coming

it would be useful to have an histogram also

Awesome. Those glare from Ironman look like the glare from the new film Total Recall. I loved that, but don't know if it was done by post work or not.

There is a node in Blender to get this horizontal bloom effect. In fact it is an effect simulating the actual effect encountered when using anamorphic lenses on an actual camera. This kind of lens is used to compress a wide format image on a 35 mm film or 4/3 sensor.
The bloom due to lenses imperfections is stretched by the image decompression for display, and gives stripes instead of a round shape.
This effect which is initially a big flow of this kind of lenses has become an aesthetic choice from some movie directors, and is now much used on action movies by using either an actual filter inceasing the flaw on the camera itself, or by an SFX in post production.

White balance (made the image a little more blue for this case) + glare
Had fun with the camera response too.
