Dippin' Dots Material! How do I do that?

Hi Guys and Gals!
I am new to octane render, so I am quite confused how to go about making a material that when applied to a sphere, will make it look like a Dippin' Dot freeze dried ice cream snack?
It is kind of a frosted surface, but still is colorful without being transparent. Here is an image of them in a bowl right below this comment:
Any pointers, suggestions, or help would be greatly appreciated!!!
