Hello all! I'm a new octane user, here are some simple interior tests in sketchup. Rendered in a single gtx580 in about 1 hour each (average) in pmc

Thank you for your responce. The geometry is realy bad where you point. I saw that after the render. Sketchup is strange sometimes. Do you think my gtx is slow? I have an old pci-e ( pci-e 1.0 ) motherboard and cpu and I'd like to know the effect on my card

1.5 GB of memory, you can download 4 - 5 million polygons
3 GB of memory can be 8 - 10-million polygons
sorry for bad english

I like your work very much! I wish I could achive such quality. What I say about my motherboard is that it's PCI express v.1.0 not 2.0 so I think it has bad performance but it's not very slow. What is your averange render time for your shots?

Hi neo83_gr, I like your lightning.
Speed of the PCIe slot affects only the scene loading in your GTX card, if all loaded you have full speed.
Try the benchmark scene, switch to pathtracing, compare:

Benchmark is in the demo suite:

Cheers, mib.

Thank you mib2berlin, the numbers look the same for my card but I'll test it more. I did some more images with changes.
