Hello
I'd like to make some scripts for octane.
Where can I find syntax for octane parameters ?
Thanks

Hi, I don't own a license yet but I'm interested in this as well... can we use Octane parameters in maxscript, map them to a curve or to another channel?? Like for example drive the intensity of an emissive material by some other parameter, a slider etc.

Proupin, you can map a mix material value (for eg) to a slider with wireparameter....

hi, as far as I know, if a property appears in wire parameters it's also available in the graph editor, so you should be able to change the channel type to "expression", and/or use those properties as variables in expressions... can you confirm if this is possible currently, and what properties are exposed?

I would like to make a tool to clic on surface to define focaldepth...
I can mesure the distance right now, but how can I tell octane to do it ?
