How can I add sub-frame motion blur? Is it in 3dmax somewhere and I just don't know? External plugin?

You can find it in standard camera settings.

OMG...awesome!
Nice rig! Is it the MadCar 3?
As I wrote before Octane for Max can be used now for marketing tv spot productions.
Motion blur is generated by Reel Smart mblur AE plugin? Does Octane for max support for 3d mblur????

No, it is standard max ability. You can find subframes settings in standard camera.
At this moment it is not very usefull to use subframe MB because every frame has the same noise pattern so more subframes don't produce less noise.

Very nice work.
Excellent.
You did a good job in the MadCar Plugins.
Do you know if there is a free and good car plug in for Maya for those who don't want to use director studio?
Would the subframe on blur motioption work with Maya as well?
