Not getting a response to activation request

Yesterday I sent my machine ID to the [email protected]
address. Its been 24 hours and Ive heard nothing back. Is this address being monitored? The email I received after purchase says it "provides continous service for license activation requests". My id is gtburgin,
email address [email protected]. I paid for the license back on May 28.
