Can't access to livedb

So I tired to open the livedb in 3dsmax and I get the message "Can't access to livedb" am I missing something? What am I supposed to link the textures path to? Livebd does work fine for my stand alone version so I don't know whats going on.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, works fine on the standalone. Maybe it's my firewall, ill try messing with that.

i can download material definition from liveDB in 3dsmax but material textures are missing. Problem arised after installation of new 3.0 plugin for 3dsmax, it worked ok before.
