octane camera vs standard camera

is there any difference between the two cameras? does it matter which type i use and why?

Last I checked The standard Max Camera dont work in Backburner. Maybe it´s fixed now though.

The standard camera can work and in conjunction with the imager settings in the plugin. I don't think the fov is passed by the the engine, but you can always do some trial and error.
