Render Lock Button ?

Do you plan to add such a thing ? I guess the reason for such a function is quite obvious, I am surprised it's not there yet.
afaik we already have the button and icon ready, we just need to hook it up.we've been waiting until our architecture was finalized for multi-gpu in 2.2, so it won't be long now.
