Trouble activating license

I have been trying to port my workflow to a new computer with a Kepler GPU. Limited Kepler support and a weird problem on one machine with 3ds max 2012, have had me moving my license back and forth trying to find a viable start to finish workflow. Now I find that I cannot activate on one machine because it is allegedly still activated on the other machine, but I see no evidence of that. Unless the activation is on the 3ds max 2012 install that refuses to start.

What can I do?

You can try to deactivate your licence at your customer area on web site.

This seems like a dumb question, but I can't find the customer area on the website. I just don't see it anywhere in the menus. And the site map is not yet up. Can I have a link? Thanks
