I order:

1º - When I put on a Plane at the scene and apply the material diffuse light and put the black on Environment, simply nothing happens, the scene is dark, I followed this tutorial on youtube: "Octane Render Integrated Plug-In for 3ds Max Preview ", but nothing happens here.

2º - The lights also do not generate light, only the Daylight.

1) You have to put white (not black) on environment.
2) your scene scale is too large or you light source power is too low.
