Just trying something different with octane and post photoshop..filter /smoothed focus.

Did you use directlighting ?
It looks very unrealistic, very CGish.

from what i can see. he made a hdri.. this is why there is a strange glow

I'd rerender it with pathtracing, i think this looks very cg-ish...

As lixai says I used Hdri and smoothed focus in photoshop,this time I wouldn´t be extremly relistic,only trying
different finishes..this is the clear image from octane (with some fireflies in the steel of the black Usb):

what do you think?
I think I will texture and light it one more time to get more realism and compare it.

the usb stick's metal is not metalic enough add more specular.
also, use the supersampling trick, eg render at 4x the resolution, then downscale in photoshop to get nice anti-aliasing,
and post smaller images please

Ok,I remember this trick you told me in the Vase render

,I think I will only post the direct link to the real size image so this way the images don´t interfere with the charge time of the page..or better a miniature linked to the real size image..
