Help ,i can not open the Sketchup exporter of Octane !!

I can not open the Sketchup exporter of Octane, only a few options appears strange, look at the picture I sent.
Please reread the usage help-file.
The 'Octane Render' tool appears under the 'FILE' menu, NOT the Plugins menu.
The tool also has a Toolbar option, that needs activating [once] off the View > Toolbars menu...
