Shadow on floor???

hi, im new and i think im in the rong subject.. but i want to ask is there a way of creating shadows with an alpha channel.... bit complex but ill post a pic.
here is a quick scene, the car should have a shadow of some sort underneath it but i cant think of a way to do it, anyone??? tia

When you use a working plugin for your 3D app, then you can render a shaddowpass in your 3D app and comp that with your rendered Octane image.

Having a shadow only option in the material types would be useful for this. And since this type of rendering is a big focus for octane I think it would be a good idea to add it at some point!

Then we can add all other passes too, spec, refl, ambient, diffuse...

I'm not talking about passes. I'm talking about a material that is shadow only.

blender does shadow only but i cant find a way to do it in octane? oh and that baked cube thing is interesting but it will only work at one view, when octane is built so you can change views easily.
