nice!
but the cup is too thin imho (good coffee goes in thicker cups

) and you miss a little "cream"/foam (don't know the right word...) on the coffee

yesss surfing alien, you are right, but I have some problems exporting the meshes with rhino and the base of coffe liquid, so the monster are current unified whit it and if I put some cream in
coffe the monster will be with cream too ..it may be nice otherwise hehe..Your coffe is pure realism, what parameters did you used?
cheers

mmm... google search and link to the first decent image I found, I'm afraid

That's a good start. I think the guy coming out needs a darker shader applied to him. Also, I'd put some ripples in the coffee since that dude's probably moving around.

Nice..the next monster will be a destroyer XD,in fact I am playing with old models I´ve done with zbrush, rhino and 3dmax lot of time ago..but since I have octane,I will remodel all to get the maximum realism..and for that is a
good idea to put some ripples

that sure is some startfucked coffe, I think if you follow prophet's and SurfingAlien's advice you would get a nice monster, as a plus you could try to animate it for the contest, coming from out of the mug.
