my hard drive crashed on my machine
and my product key went with it
please tell me there is some way to recover my product key to get my investment back
if someone knows where to go to get the product key on a dead hard drive that would be great
as in C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\.....
if that would even work in my situation

You'll have to deactivate the license used in that dead hard drive first before you can use the same license key to activate a new installation of Octane. You can deactivate online through the customer area on our homepage, just login using your forum name and pass then navigate to the OctaneLive Accounts tab. After deactivating you must wait one hour before you can activate Octane again. cheers...
