Include/exclude from lights

Hello Karba,

Is it possible to implement this useful feature to the lights? i would like to be able to include/exclude just as in max std lights, its very useful when u want just to light a model but not want them to cast shadows for example, kinda like a light boost to speed up rendertimes in certain situations (espcially for animations).
