Nice! I love first image with colorful chairs stacked! Beautiful.
Overall it's dificult to say how to or where this could be improved. For me, white balanse could be shifted more to neutral tones, maybe with the help of PS (curves) let's say =) as i know that doing that in Octane is a plain headache! =)
More? Well you can always play a bit with camera angles trying to simulat 50,80mm..with diferent aperture to get more interesting depth of field. B creative! Very nice start!
