gpus not recognized by Octane

Hi. I Just installed a new 560 to sit alongside my old 260. My monitor is hooked up to the 260 and works fine, and my system recognized both cards and they are working properly, but now Octane cannot see either card. I guess some questions that come to mind are:
1. The manual says to add some registry DWORD keys, which I did, but this did not fix the problem after a reboot.
2. Do the two cards need to be connected together with an SLI-bridge even though SLI is not used?
3. Does the card that will be used exclusively by Octane need to be in a particular PCI slot.
4. It is stated to turn off SLI. However, my NVIDIA control panel does not have a switch to turn it off, if in fact it is on already.
CUDA version is 4.0, CUDA Runtime is 0.00 (which seems wrong), according to Octane.
Thanks anyone!
