Help me get rid of straight lines

Hi All,

I'm sure this is a common issue with a common fix, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have a UV projection as shown in the screenshot. I cannot figure out how to make that radius have a smooth transition in the rendering (see the red arrows)

Is this a problem with the polygons? Or the texture map?

the transition between the straight srfc to the radial srfc is tangentially. It has to be modelled in curvature definition.

Remodel this part.
