If you have just bought Octane your order may not have been processed yet.
Refractive do this manually and their office hours are M- F New Zealand time.
As I answer this it is 8:40 am Sunday.
You forum name is not yet purple denoting a paid up customer so you won't be able to access the Commercial forums yet, sorry. Check back later today because sometimes the guys will process orders during the weekend.
