Sorry for dumb question but how can I achieve flicker free animation with transparent materials?

I think you can only avoid that flickering by increasing the samples per frame (maybe up to 3000) because the flickering is caused by the noise. More samples -> less noise but also longer render time.

or you can switch to PT and render at double or quad, if you have enough vram, for the same amount of time
