1.22 64b demo crashes to desktop when selecting a material

Hi,
just installed 1.22 64b on my win7 64, 8800 gt.
- Open octane
- right click - add>materials>diffuse
- select the material in the node view. boom.

sorry, but we can't reproduce it here...
are you sure you have the latest drivers installed ?

It's probably due to not having started it as administrator - I had forgot of that.
Anyway, my output is totally black. I got 197.45 installed. 1.021 worked ok, I even made 2 or 3 renderings in the last competition.

do the demosuite scenes work ?

can't test the .ocs files, they won't open in 1.22 and there's no "open" in 1.21.
Now that's weird tho' - I tried opening the spaceships.obj, all black. opened it in 1.20, rendered fine. retried in 1.22, rendered fine!?
The ol' one lead the way maybe...
EDIT I've seen you posted 1.22 scenes, I'll try them.

Tried the scenes, now they work. It's like if something got triggered by 1.21. Anyway, all fine now.

I can't open the demo scene .ocs files either. Just assumed that was a limitation of the demo version? It says "Invalid Scene File Version".

try to download them again, Radiance fixed the link, now it leads to 1.22 files.
