hi to all !!!! this one of my first render....what do you think ????
i work in mac with the geforce 8800 gt...i will put other render later.... it took 10 min to render !!!!!!!

hi....for the water i put a map in a glossy material...very simple...but is not very good water..i must try more to get some realist...

so that is texture ? Oh, I thought you made it procedural :)

I love the MentalRay water shader, I hope someone will soon make one here.

Try with procedurals, there is a map that make very convincing water waves...

here is a screenshot of a quick made seawater for you.. ;)

You can play with color ,opacity and size of the waves to achieve pool water. As I see your waves size in the pool is totally wrong..

waves in pool are totaly wrong becouse its indoor pool. there shoould be a flat "mirror" water not waves of any kind. (if You are aiming for realism)

And that water should be way more transparent too, considering the scale of the scene and environment.
Apart from that, nice pool ;)
