More visible "precision pointer" for Blender

Hi all,

I often "lose" the mouse "precision pointer" in Blender, since it's grey and in Edit Mode the geometry is also grey.
I had found a green pointer one day on the internet, but I couldn't find it anymore..
So I re-created the same one, using RealWorld Cursor Editor (download here)

I thought it'd be a shame not to share it.
(we often spend hours in front of our computers, so "sight-saving" solutions are always welcome!!!)

You'll find the .rar file below, which contains a .cur file.
Extract the .cur file then go to your Windows Pointer Settings and change it.

Below is a preview of the pointer.
;)

EDIT: I added a red pointer in the .rar archive for those who prefer...
I also updated the download link to RealWorld Cursor Editor
