you should check this site, just in case you didn't know it http://yorik.uncreated.net/greenhouse.html, really cool, also don't forget about google's 3d warehouse, nice models if you dig there and it can be converted, the easiest way is using Tigs octane exporter from SU, it exports a nice and clean obj that imports perfectly in blender!
