For a start try beta 2.57 and see if it helps.
Which Quadro/Tesla driver are you using?
Are both cards being used for rendering or the Tesla only while the Quadro does display duty?
More ideas after likelihood of Octane bug are .obj/material issue, struggling PS or heat issue
Does this happen with all scenes? Which application does the .obj originate from?
Have you tried with the demo scenes?

Hi!
Thanks for your answer!
Look i installed Octane 2.57 , with this version, Tesla C2075 works only like 5 or 10 sec, then crashes Octane.
My version of Nvidia Drivers (Quadro & Tesla ) is 295.73
In fact im trying with Demo Scenes, i attached 2 printscreen!!!
greetings!

Ok the 295.73 is Cuda 4.1 and Octane is built will Cuda 4.0
May be a glitch there try the previous driver 276.52 which is Cuda 4.0
Try it with just the Tesla as active, Quadro inactive in the Octane preferences as well.

Well without providing more details you shouldn't expect much help.
Its a bit of a hassle for those offering assistance to have to keep asking the same basic questions when people only say something like 'it doesn't work' and want it fixed. See that forum rule above
So anyway what's your hardware and OS?
This happens with all scenes?

Hi tesla user, it is OT, but could you run the benchmark file from demo suite (with pathracing enabled) for me/us.
I think there is no tesla entry in the benchmark list.
Cheers, mib.

Sorry I didn't provide any details.. I was just speaking up as another user experiencing the same problem. I have confronted NVIDIA directly about this issue but it has not been resolved. If I hear something promising from them I will post it.
Reverting to the old(er) CUDA 4.0 driver does work, however that causes problems in some of my other software suites.
Here is my system basic specs..
HP Z800
NVIDIA Quadro 6000
NVIDIA Tesla 2075
48GB System Memory
2X 6c XEON
Win 7 64 Bit
Yes, the makeup of the OBJ file, textures, importing application (we use 3Ds and Cinema4D) does not seem to matter.
The exact same symtoms are happening to me with NVIDIA's latest driver.. The object file loads (from Cinema4D in my case) and works fine for a second or two, then freezes up. Sometimes I can "unstick" it by going into options, CUDA devices and unchecking the TESLA so it only runs on the 6000. This sucks because I am usually using Octane to render on the TESLA and keeping the 6000 free for other tasks.
Thank you!

NVIDIA just released a new driver... The issue is still there.
This is a huge bummer for us.. We have three systems with Tesla cards and our intention is to migrate the other two systems to Octane as well.. But it is very important that we are able to use the Tesla cards. We are very impressed with this software, I hope this issue can be corrected somehow.
This issue boggles my mind since the Tesla and the Quadro 6000 are pretty much the same card. NVIDIA has been of no help since all our other apps that can use the Tesla are functioning just fine.
Thank you...
