Octane render for interiors w/ non-daylight light sources?

Hello,

I am interested in using Octane for interior architecture renderings. I have looked through the architecture gallery and noticed that all the renderings are rendered with daylight. Is anyone rendering with artificial light sources? Mesh emitters to create point lights, tube lights, spot lights etc? These light sources are listed as supported but I don't see any (or are they coming in a later release?).

Thanks in advance for any information,

Gary

Hi,

Arealights eg mesh emitters are in development for the upcoming beta3 release,
they are marked on the features page with a little '**' to explain this.

Currently octane supports environment maps and physically based daylight with sunlight.
Mesh emitters will be available soon as said, with blackbody spectra and manual spectra/curves.
