Development of octane at what point is?
Everything is silent ... there is news? instances?
It all seems still! No preview?

It looks like that all the development focus is on the integrated plugins, so that's why no news on the core features side.

quite a guess, um, but aren't the integrated plugins developed by 3rd parties?

Another thing is, that first the standalone will come out, then the new SDK...

It's just a guess yes, but consider that in the last two or three months there was no major info on core development, while in the same period they announced work on 3 new integrated plugins. People are normally starting to ask questions about development progress (instances being the most hot topic). The lack of a clear roadmap leaves us guessing and speculating.

my guess is, that .nz is very busy (i don't think they are sleeping all the time :D). of course this should mean, that there is something in the air, and i bet it is something nice. pr is obviously not their main talent ;) but on the other hand things always need time, and if you tell something at a (too) early stage, people start complaining every single day (we have seen that before). but i think, it has not that much to do with current plugin development, as this is clearly going on simultaneously...
