Hi all, I wanted to share my latest WIP, it's still on the drawing board and it's far from finished - architectural perspective, but this is what I done in Octane for less than a 5 minutes.. there is a slight post, but its chroma and color correction..
Thx for watching..

Another WIP view, this hit 1000 samples for 2 minutes, but it's noisy. As a WIP I don't care about noise at this point.

Hi all, I finally go back to this project, so here is a progress , its a 4 minute render at 1680x1050 and a screenshot of 3dsmax viewport

I have not use scripts for exports, just manual camera position for this one. Export script still not working good..
More to be done. Congrats for the solid beta 2.2

And thats why (picture below) I need caustic control - on/off. As for the client opinion about caustics I always get questions like - what the hell is this on the ceiling ?
Btw, this is 8 hours rendering at 3000x2000

I would really love a feature that, in a similar fashion where one can adjust ISO, etc., one could adjust light sources contributions, caustics etc... in an offline way...
8 hours hurt, have you tried the blending technique I did for the frosty glass? it really takes care of caustic fireflies
