Wonderfull. I really like the exterior. Especially the shadows on the left wall and the warm and cozy mood inside the building.

Very beautiful renders! I agree with the rest, outside view is very dramatic. I also like the inside render, however, the tile bump seems a bit high.
Did you make the concrete texture yourself? Are you free to share how you made it?

The concrete textures, as well as the other textures, I downloaded from cgtextures.com. I then added some grunge to them in Photoshop and mapped them onto my model in Sketchup. Once in Octane I added a bump map to each, adjusted the glossiness by the specular and roughness sliders, and also played a lot with the camera and film settings in Octane to get the desired look. Finally I touched up the image a bit in Photoshop once it finished rendering.
