Hi guys. Sorry for stupid question but I can't save image with alfachannel in Octene for max plugin. I check this option in settings but I only get black background with very ragged pixels on edges. In Octane standalone it's OK. What do I do wrang?

JPG doesn't support transparency. Does the same happen if you save as PNG?

It was save as png I just change file to jpg in photoshop. I get the same result when I save as tif. And also this ragget edge looks strange.

I notised this also. If you use the dafault renderbutton, instead of Octane window, it will work.
Edit: sorry, i misunderstood kIt looks as if it´s unmultiplied. have you checked the multiply box?

Best
Daniel

why don't you just save as PNG with the alphachannel in it ?
You should always try to use PNG whenever possible as it's lossless...

No radiance. It's Octane Render bug. I did everything correctly. Alpha channel don't work with real time preview window. You have to press render button in MAX to do picture with Alpha. It's something you have to fix because it cause many problems.
