Is it possible to use two GTX 480 and one helper card altogether in Early 2008 Mac Pro(window 7 dedicated)?

I will be using externel Corsair PSU 850W to power them. except the helper card(will be powered by Mac PSU).
will the machine recognize all three cards?

Mobo has two PCI-e 2 X16 slots and two X4 slots.
It seems all the cards will fit in but not sure if Mac actually recognize them all in window 7 side.
(not using OX)

I suppose that it would works for sure if the helper card is from nvidia, probably on osx also with 10.7.2 and modified drivers.
