Buying a New Monitor

My old monitor died, I think I got one from a faulty batch...

I am currently using my old 1024x768 15" thing which is a big step down from a 23" 1920x1080. It is horrible to use for anything Graphics-y

I have a budget of around about £200 in refund money and what extra I am willing to put into it...

Can anyone reccommend any good monitors?

Preferably 22" or above, 1920x1080 or above..

Here are some that I have found,

HP just released two new IPS panel LCDs that are supposed to be very nice. The 24" model (ZR24W) may be a bit out of your price range (currently $390 USD) but the smaller, 21.5" ZR22W should fit into your budget:

It may seem weird that the ZR22W is at least 50% more expensive despite being similar in size and resolution to the monitors you posted, but it uses a much nicer S-IPS panel that will give you wider viewing angles and increased quality/color accuracy compared to the TN panels in your links. It's up to you and your budget whether this is worth the extra $$$.

The Nec EA231WMi has an IPS screen, a great monitor for the price...

I would definitely go for monitor with IPS screen. This dell is very good and doesn't cost a fortune:)
