It mostly depend on detail. So Make as soo much details as You can. Modeling is the most important here. Reflections and materials ofcourse too.
Download some watches and check the scale ( clock to bracelet ) I think You got it slightly wrong. It looks like mans clock but ladies bracelet ( its too thin ). Try to make the bracelet narrow when its finishing with the clip ( You know what I mean ? ), and little wider near the clock itself. Get more mass to it.
At least for now thats my opinion. Maybe You can make screen with watch near the camera so we will see more and maybe we can help more.

Hi,
As people said - details and metarials. Hard to say if it is detailed enough, as it was rendered very small. Also, the position of the watch is not realistic. Try to rotate the watch and allow it to lay on the table as in real world. Now it looks like flying watch, what is unreal itself
