I have internet access. I have an active standalone account. (I have four and one not yet activated)

Dear Customer,

We have processed your order and your OctaneRender® license(s).

To download and activate the software, follow the following instructions,
CHAPTER 1 is for the OctaneRender® Standalone Edition, and CHAPTER 2 is for the OctaneRender® for 3ds max®:...

Go to 'OctaneLive Accounts' and there you will find your 'OctaneLive Username' and 'Password' you must use to activate your Octane Render software.
* Use the OctaneLive Username and password to activate the software during the first launch.

I see my other standalone licenses... Is there a different place that shows the max purchase OctaneLive Username and Password?

Your username and password for octane3dsmax will appear in the same section as the license for the standalone edition. If it is not their it is likely still be processed, so good idea to check regularly.

Can someone please put my max account on my online license files
I sent a previous post showing my purchase had been approved and processed. That was thursday 22nd or 23rd depending on where you are time zone wise.

I keep checking and only my standalone licenses are there.

Can you check “Purchases & Invoices” under your customer area, and check if the OctaneRender for 3DS Max licence is listed there?

NOTE for Combo Packages: If you have purchased a reduced price combo package (OctaneRender® Standalone Edition and OctaneRender® for 3ds max®), you must first activate OctaneRender® Standalone Edition explained in CHAPTER 1, and then activate the OctaneRender® for 3ds max® software explained in CHAPTER 2.

OK, I will check tomorrow if your payment has been processed properly.
