Multiple Materials for a Beginner

Starting with a simple cube with 6 submaterials (not cloned) my export comes over to Octane with only 2 inputs. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Can I add inputs? When I export the obj outside the plug-in it works fine, but I want to do animations.
