Hi,
I would like to know if Octane can be used as a bridge between Softimage and Maya
for exporting ICE simulations and instances?

Octane cant actually export anything... it can save renders, but it cant save out the objects in another format.

your best bet is to use the fbx file format, autodesk support it in all their products.
