I reported it twice as I got no reply the first time. That's a classless and extremely unprofessional reply.
You are repeatedly deficient with your customer support and ability to communicate with your customers.
Thanks for appreciations!
I can't fix somethings without reproducing here, that's what i say. And I'm generally don't want to spend lot of time on answers. Because I have to work on developments. Repeating the reports without giving enough info that does not help much. Sorry to hear what you said. It wil be fixed if I could catch, this is way to fix somethings. Regards!

A file to Ahmet is the best way to debug. Obviously, English is not Ahmet's native language, a fact that can impinge on some support issues. But the stretch in human terms of debugging finished work and familiarizing oneself with newer versions all the while tending to users who often ask for answers about things for which they have provided little info is quite a stretch and can make someone testy with their responses (on both sides of the dev/user divide). Too bad the market doesn't support two people in Ahmets position (one to deal with documentation) but we do have Bepe, who has supplied me with innumerable explanations.

I have extremely high regard for what Aoktar provides for c4d users of the software. And I'm thankful for that part of it. Cheers.

This bug isn't file specific so there's nothing helpful I can send or post.
Cheers.

now it works
It's worst idea which i heard. There's a lot of differences between two versions. When did you downloaded plugin? There was an update to files after a few days from the day i released.
Ah, fine

Where can I find the update?
The files from the first post of this thread won't work without this bug.

i have to agree with iceman.
i to am getting automatic switching to info passes, render failures, crashes, material updating behaving strangely etc.
maybe there are some language issues here but aoktar replies most of the times feel kind of snarky to me. i realize that there is alot of b!tching on these forums but the customers have all the right to be angry.
working with octane is really the most frustrating experience i have had with software. the quality is just so good but i get so many issues at random.
the problem is, i cant write it up. the problems are unexpected. same scene will work fine and then suddenly fail to render.
i am so close on giving up on octane. extremely disappointed in how this all played out.
there is not a single project i could work on without having tons of problems.
i have no time i scouring the forums and writing crap up. but you fix it if it happens to you.

Hi crackfox,
please, share with me via PM a complete scene with assets that is giving you issues, you can also share a link to dropbox, google drive, or any other similar service.
I would like to investigate why you are having so many issues.
ciao Beppe

Hi all,
Here's i'm sharing the new wip manual. It's still under heavy construction. I believe that will be very useful by completed parts.

Aoktar thank you for the great job. I take this opportunity to share new icons of the materials blend, mix, metal, glossy and toon. This makes it easier to find them on the material bar.
Just replace the files in the folder: C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R18\plugins\c4doctane\res
Greetings!
