doesn't work... dragging from the LiveDB adds only to the Unused - doesn't link to the sphere (even tho I dragged it there, and to the name).

licence sorted out with support.
bugs found so far:
+ v1.x MyPreset didnt convert, causing daz to crash
+ v2.x MyPreset if applied to multiple areas cause daz to crash
+ RGBcolor node doesnt update, at all, remains default grey
+ Reload geometry didnt put the hair back on my figure head.
hope this helps the track & squash of bugs.

@everybody posting his/her findings - thanks! most of it is already fixed, whereas most of the things resulted from a few very basic methods i had messed up while 2.12 api integration (like copying nodes around which happens all the time when i.e. downloading live db materials, or loading saved content).
apart from that one observation i made when testing the tonysculptor live db mats: the orginal macros (now called "node graphs") are set up very decent, with descriptive naming for the different nodes and inputs, but unfortunately the plugin api provides only a single collapsed material node out of all that...
means you may still use my "smart unfold" feature to recreate the node graph in a way that provides single endpoint nodes to control color, bump, specular and so on, but there is no way to restore the node names, since they are just not there when the plugin retrieves the live db material from octane...
