KARBA: First of all, don't care about sh...heads who complain over octane as "dissappointment". I switched from vray rt and there is no way back. Most of bugs come from unexperienced users who can't start to think about problem solving. Octane is almost perfect and your interactive way of small updates consulted with users on a daily basis is not common in the industry.
There is a small thing to correct which disappeared from 2.x version of 3dsmax octane:
Ability to use animated bitmaps in ifl sequence format.
I could make animated textures in 1.5 but not anymore - only first frame is loaded from sequence.
Could you please check this and fix in coming update? I believe its something easy to fix.

Image sequence as texture works fine here with 2.x versions. Using version 2.05 atm.

I am using max 2014 and Hair and Fur work fine when switched to geometry. Looks like though no vertex motion blur for hair yet in 2014.
