The scene and the materials are very simple but I have a lot of lags when I move the camera.
Suddenly the scene in the viewport is not updated anymore and if I press on "restart new render" it crashes.

I will send you the scene via PM

Thanks
Stefano

Are you using netrender?
Do you see render failure warning on Live viewer and cuda errors on log outputs? It's not normal to see lags for movements for you're doing.

Yes, I'm using net rendering but I have never had this type of crash and lags.

EDIT: I don't know the why but it restart to work perfectly! :o

Issue I found.

"GSG HDRI LINK" (PC) Cannot be linked to Octane HDRI Tag.

Only original thing I've found. Everything else has been mentioned.

Thanks

Hi there

I'm really sorry if this has been asked before but I'm not able to find an answer:

When will the Octane-plugin be R20 ready? (approx.)
Is there a Release Candidate which is working with R20?

Thanks a lot

John

There's a R20 build for V4 SDK. Just for windows atm!
I'll think to do a build for 3.08.xxx after V4's OSX version is ready and gathered enough feedbacks from users.

And that's the latest V4 RC right?

Great thanks a lot! I guess the installation will be the same as usual or did something change with R20? Just asking because R20 is not separately mentioned in your post...

Thank you very very much!
